RESERVATION POLICIES

Prices in Mexican Pesos (MXN) per room per night, based on single or double occupancy.

The cardholder must present a credit card and an official identification when checking in.

Changes or Cancellations up to three days before your arrival will not incur a charge to your card. (Does not apply to non-refundable rates.)

All cancellations must be made in the website reservation engine and are subject to cancellation policies and deadlines of each season or promotion.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

Check-in Time 3:00 pm (15 hrs.)

Check-out Time Noon (12 hrs.)

Pets are not allowed.

For any reservation, the hotel will contact you through our official mail reservaciones@elsantuario.com. To make any payment, it must be in the name of El Santuario SA de CV with email pagos@elsantuario.com . Additional, the whatsapp of the hotel is 722-572-4712. If you receive communication about these topics from any other means than these ones, please report it and ignore it because it is not valid.
